Overview

The Ingage Mood Tracking Rewards competition will run from 1 July 2026 - 31 July 2026 for active Ingage subscribers on the Vodacom network. By logging your mood daily on the Ingage platform, you earn entries into a monthly cash prize draw, with guaranteed digital rewards for everyone who completes 10 consecutive days.

The competition is operated by Ingage Support (Pty) Ltd. By entering, you agree to these rules in full.

Who can enter

​

• You must be an active Ingage subscriber.

• Suspended subscribers are not eligible to earn entries during their suspension period. Entries resume from the day your subscription is reactivated.

• Employees of Ingage Support (Pty) Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• Two entries per person per tier per month. Only one account per subscriber number is permitted.

 

How to enter

Log your mood each day via the Ingage app. Your streak is counted in consecutive calendar days. Missing a day resets your streak to zero. There is no cost to enter beyond your active Ingage subscription.

Double your chances

Subscribers who reach the tier streak (3-days, 5-days or 10-days) and additionally read 3 articles on the Ingage platform or complete a session with an Ingage counsellor within that same calendar month receive two entries into the draw instead of one.

​

Entries are automatically recorded based on in-app activity. You do not need to submit a separate entry form.

Prizes

​

Three prize tiers are available each month. Each tier runs as a separate draw from the pool of qualifying subscribers at month end.

Prizes are paid via eWallet or PayShap to the winning subscriber within 14 days of the draw date. Prizes are non-transferable and have no alternative cash equivalent unless specified. Ingage reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

Ingage reserves the right to suspend or modify any prize tier in any given month. Where a tier is suspended, active subscribers will be notified via SMS at least 5 days before month end.

Guaranteed reward

​

In addition to the prize draw, all subscribers who complete 10 consecutive days of mood tracking in a calendar month receive the following, regardless of whether they win a draw prize:

Yours to keep, no draw required

Personalised Mood Insights report (a summary of your mood patterns over the 10-day period, delivered via SMS).

10-Day Wellness Champion digital certificate (a personalised digital certificate you can save and share).

These guaranteed rewards are issued within 48 hours of your 10th consecutive check-in. They are non-transferable and have no cash value.

The draw

​

• Draws take place within 5 business days of the end of each calendar month.

• Winners are selected by random draw from all qualifying entries for each tier.

• Qualifying entries are verified against Ingage in-app activity records. Ingage's records are final in the event of any dispute.

• A subscriber may win only one tier draw per month. If a subscriber qualifies for multiple tiers, they are entered into each tier's draw separately but may only receive one prize in a given month.

• If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, or if the prize is unclaimed within 14 days of notification, Ingage reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Winners

​

Winners will be notified via SMS to the number registered on their Ingage account. Winner names (first name and province only) may be announced via Ingage's SMS communications and social media channels. By entering, you consent to this use of your details.

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity before a prize is released. Ingage will not share winner information with third parties beyond what is required to administer the prize.

General rules

​

• Ingage Support (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this competition at any time, with notice communicated to active subscribers via SMS.

• Ingage reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes to have been made fraudulently, in breach of these rules, or through manipulation of the app or tracking system.

• This competition is subject to South African law. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
