Who You’re Helping
Your donation goes directly to providing a full month of care to:

Individuals who cannot afford therapy but desperately need emotional support, guidance, and someone to talk to.

How We Select Recipients:

We collaborate with NGOs, helplines, support group leaders, teachers, and social workers to identify people who:

Are emotionally vulnerable

Cannot afford mental-health support

Would benefit from 24/7 counselling

Need immediate care

You're not just giving money.

You're giving someone the chance to stay alive.

Our Goal: R280,000

One rand for every suicide attempt last year. One rand toward saving the next one.

Why this Matters
December is one of the hardest times of the year for many South Africans. People face loneliness, financial stress, grief, family conflict, and silent mental health battles.

A counsellor at 2am when the world feels unbearable

A safe space to express what they can't say to anyone else

Tools to manage anxiety, fear, self-harm urges, and depression

Someone who simply listens without judgment

Hope when they need it most

December is a peak month for emotional crisis in South Africa.

Your donation gives someone hope, support, and a reason to hold on.

Spread Hope
We're asking South Africans (including influencers, celebrities, and everyday heroes)
to share this campaign.
Your message of hope could be the reason someone keeps going.

About Ingage Support
Ingage Support is a South African mental-health platform offering comprehensive support to those who need it most.
Our Mission
To make mental-health support accessible to every person who needs it.

Transparency & Integrity

All funds raised go directly toward providing someone with full access to 24/7 counsellors, mental-health tools, and crisis support for an entire month.

No matter when you donate,  the person receiving support will get a full 30 days . For example, if you donate on 15 December, that individual will have access from 16 December to 16 January. This ensures every contribution genuinely covers a full month of care, stability, and ongoing support.

We will publish impact updates throughout the campaign so you can see exactly how your contribution is changing lives in real time.
